Delivered a Microsoft Teams Room built around a 105 inch ViewSonic ultrawide display and Shure IntelliMix Room Kit 70. Dual ceiling mic arrays provide clear, even pickup across the space, supported by a Huddly L1 auto-framing camera. Windows-based compute is mounted on a slide-out service tray to make maintenance simpler. The room also includes an in-table touch controller with integrated pop-up power.

A full display and video conferencing setup across a new admin building. Different spaces needed different levels of capability, from digital signage to executive video conferencing to a proper boardroom for leadership use.

Standardised on ViewSonic displays and Yealink video conferencing hardware across the building where it made sense. Executive offices got Yealink MeetingBar A40s with CTP25 touch consoles. The boardroom got the full Yealink MVC860 Teams Room stack with dual 86 inch displays. The Principal's existing display was relocated rather than replaced.

Swapped the old Nearity system and Barco ClickShare for a Yealink MeetingBar A40 with a CTP25 touch panel. During scoping, we spotted that the existing cabling wouldn't perform reliably with the new setup, so we adjusted the design in the same install and wall-mounted the touch panel to solve it properly.

A dedicated Teams room that is simpler than the old setup and more reliable day to day. Staff and guests can join meetings with one tap. Less clutter, less fiddling around, and no leftover cabling problems to sort later.

A working boardroom video conferencing setup inside a mobile building with awkward cable pathways. The school already owned a Logitech Rally Plus kit and a Clevertouch interactive panel. The job was to make the room work properly without replacing gear for the sake of it.

Integrated both pieces of existing school-owned gear. Supplied and installed JBL ceiling speakers for the room audio. Mounted the display on floor-to-ceiling poles with cabling concealed through the poles. Ran custom speaker cabling under the building and through the roof. Sources hidden under the table with cables brought up through a cable sock for a clean top-of-table look.
