St Margaret's Anglican Girls School had a problem most schools know too well: their ACF space had great potential, but the technology was getting in the way.

Mobile rack. Mixing desk. Cable chaos. Teachers troubleshooting instead of teaching.

They asked us to fix it. So we did.

The Solution: Remove the Friction

We didn't add complexity. We eliminated it.

🔵 Relocated everything from a mobile rack to a permanent installation in the comms room below. Proper infrastructure. Professional cable management. Equipment that stays put.

🔵 Standardized the platform with Extron NAV AVoIP and DMP DSP—the same system running across their campus. One interface. Zero learning curve.

🔵 Removed the mixing desk entirely and replaced it with a single wall-mounted touch panel. Projector control, video routing, mic management, zone audio—all from one screen.

What We Built

Core System:

• Extron NAV AVoIP for video distribution
• Extron DMP DSP for audio processing
• Yamaha amplification (school standard)
• Tannoy FOH speakers for enhanced front presence
• Single-touch Extron control panel

Smart Reuse:

• Existing wireless mics and antennas (extended for coverage)
• Epson projector
• All internal and external speakers
• Vivi wireless presentation system

Infrastructure:

• Complete rack relocation and recabling
• Patchbay installation for clean interconnection
• Cable tray and ceiling access through 4.2m runs
